Friday Finds

Sometimes I'm nostalgic for this view from my balcony in Costa Mesa. I've been at my parents now since the beginning of August and while it's been great to be home during the pandemic and lasting unemployment, I remember why I withheld from moving home throughout the independence. I spent so many nights between March and July looking at this sunset and will forever remember this time holed up in my apartment. I know whatever comes next will be an exciting new chapter and I am lucky to have my parents to land at during this unexpected time. Anyways, nostalgic rant over. What are you up to this weekend? I will be watching some football as college games are back and I finally won a game in my fantasy league last weekend (its been bleak). Here are some finds from the interwebs for your weekend.

Pigment- I recently bought some plant babies and my San Diego friend told me about this awesome store that has planters and pots that don't break the bank. The one I've been eyeing finally came back into stock! I really like this one as well. They carry a ton of other items as well, like this vote shirt, so check them out!

Angel City Soccer- I am beyond excited for the new women's soccer team coming to LA in 2022! I have never played the game in my life (not a runner) but love watching the game. When I went to Paris in 2018, one of my favorite memories from the trip was going to see the Paris Saint Germain FC play. Did you know Natalie Portman is one of the founders of Angel City and many other female celebs are helping get them off the ground?! I'm thrilled to see them in action, even if it's going to be awhile. You can already buy merch!

SALES!- I'm starting my Christmas shopping early and searching for gifts already. Although I've limited my shopping for myself while I am still unemployed, I can still share the sales around the web with you! J.Crew is having a 50% off sale! And so are Madewell and Old Navy! This jacket is on sale at Nordstrom. And West Elm is having a good sale as well! Happy Shopping!

Have a good weekend!
